A DBS certificate is a police check and all locksmiths should have one. Unfortunately in the locksmith world it’s not a legal requirement. So just be sure when you’re looking for a locksmith in Manchester, and booking one in, that you make sure you have seen their DBS certificate – and you know who you’re letting into your home to change your locks!
